As a growing rural town in Newton New Jersey, Fredon Township required multiple facilities to meet a variety of needs. HQW Architects designed a multi-use building to meet current and future needs as the new civic center meant to serve the community for generations to come.
The new building houses an ambulance corp, a fire house, the township municipal facilities, and a recreational gym. It was constructed of split face masonry units, a steel frame, and a trussed roof system, and also serves as an emergency management center.
