Olde Lafayette Village is a collection of buildings forming a major outdoor retail center in northwestern New Jersey. The complex is based on a traditional New England town plan with a central square and internal pathway weaving among buildings designed in the New England style.
Built in Phases beginning in the 1970’s, the Village featured designer outlet stores and specialty boutiques. Incorporated into the site are restaurants, a banquet hall, and office spaces. Olde Lafayette Village, now “The Shops at Lafayette”, continues to expand and offers shoppers the original warm atmosphere with unique specialty shops.
