82 Fountain Square is a conversion of the closed historic Fountain Square Inn and Bar in Sussex, NJ into a multi-unit apartment building and commercial tenant-space. The building is about 16,500 square feet in size. The new mixed-use building pulls inspiration from the historic existing ‘L-shaped’ building and transforms it into 5 floor of living space, with a commercial tenant suite on the 1st floor and (12) 2-bed and 3-bed apartment units on the upper floors.
